How much does shipping cost?
We currently ship only in the United States. We use the US Postal Service as our primary US shipping provider. We ship using Priority Mail.

How do I return or exchange products?
Lifetree Legacy Product Guarantee. Lifetree Legacy, LLC is proud to offer 90-day hassle free returns. We’re confident that our locket ornament will exceed your expectations but if it does not,

  • Unused Items – return within 30 days for a full merchandise refund or within 90 days for a merchandise credit.
  • Defective Product – return within 30 days for an exchange or full refund.
  • You must return all products in their original boxes with all their contents.

Simply indicate the reason for your return, include the packing slip with your return, and wrap the package securely.
For your protection, we recommend you purchase a tracking number and insurance on your package for the value of the merchandise being returned. If you do not have your packing slip, please indicate the order number on a separate piece of paper and send the package to the following address:

Which payment methods are available on this site?
You can pay for your order using your American Express, Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card. At the present time, we are unable to accept payment using a credit card with a billing address outside of the United States or issued from a bank outside of the United States. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address (the address your credit card provider has on file for the card you use) when completing your order. Incorrect information may cause a processing delay.

How long will it take for creditors to approve my purchase?
Major credit cards (i.e., Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express) should be authorized within 24 hours. Credit card orders placed after 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, Thursday through Sunday, should be authorized by the following Tuesday.

Will I be charged sales tax?
Sales tax is applied to all orders shipped in the state of Minnesota. We are required by law to collect and submit sales tax in states in which we have a physical presence.

How are orders packaged?
Each Lifetree Legacy Ornament Locket is packed in a plush velvet pouch, then packed in a gift box and finally packaged in a sturdy shipping box. Each pouch includes an easel in case you want to set your ornament on a desk or shelf for all year-round viewing.

Can I order gift certificates?
Yes, we now offer gift certificates.  By clicking on the gift card image, you allow the recipient the ultimate treat…tailoring their locket with their very own words, photo(s) and sentiments.

Can I get a gift message or my gift wrapped?
At Lifetree, our ornament lockets are so personalized that they may already convey your message in a way only a Lifetree Legacy Locket can. The gift box is crowned with a decorative label which includes the recipient’s name and the special event being celebrated or commemorated. If you want to add another message, please use our contact order form and let us know how we can assist you.

Why was my order cancelled?
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to, but not limited to, failed credit authorizations, site related malfunctions, improperly stated pricing and discounts.

Can I have my order shipped to a P.O. Box?
Yes. The United States Postal Service will ship to P.O. Boxes and Armed Services addresses.

How Do I Care for My Lifetree Legacy Locket Ornament?
Your locket ornament is a heirloom and needs to be handled with care. Lifetree Legacy Lockets are not waterproof so avoid water and getting them wet. Display out of direct sun and in a dry cool place and avoid humidity or extreme heat. The locket finishes are brass and chrome and easily shine up with a dry polishing cloth.

What Kind of Photo is the Best To Upload?
The quality of the photo will depend upon the resolution of the photo you provide. We recommend at the minimum a 300 pixel x 450 pixel. If scanning or touch-ups are needed, additional fees may apply.

We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. Please note that we can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

How long with it take to receive my exchange order?
Once we receive the returned item(s), you should receive your exchange order within 7-10 business days. For AK, HI it may take a little longer.
